Come out on the First and Third Thursday of the month (with some variation – check dates*), meet new people, connect and hang out. Programs designed by the Youth Advisory Access Committee - programs for you, by you. Karaoke, Design, RockClimbing, Improv, Theatre, Basketball, Bowling, Dance, Paint nights and more. We will be headed out to more of your favourite places across the city! Designed for youth 16-30 with developmental disabilities and ASD, open to all. Group is facilitated.

Supper Club

Designed for young adults with developmental disabilities and ASD and open to all. Cook, meet new people and gain valuable customer service experience. Make and share dinner each night and prepare healthy snacks to sell in the Fitness Centre. Facilitated by Dream Weavers: An Occupational Therapy Collective.

Let's Talk About Sex & Relationships

 A five week course on communication, dating, sexuality, consent, and online safety facilitated by Mira and Amanda, OTs with DreamWeavers. Ask all your questions, and learn more about how to have fun, safe, and rich relationships. Designed for young adults 18-30 with developmental disabilities and Autism.

Fire Safety at Home

Facilitated by Toronto Fire Services Public Education Program
Join us and Toronto Firefighters in a workshop to educate about Fire Safety for independent living. Toronto Fire services hosts a workshop on the basics of at-home fire safety, including:
-Smoke Alarm equipment
-Kitchen and Cooking safety
-At-Home safety planning: making a safety plan, how to use a fire extinguisher, planning and practising fire drills in your own home. This workshop is recommended for young adults living independently and their family or support networks.
